Dear Dr. Bonk & Staff,

Last week I visited your office to have an abscessed tooth removed.

I am writing to thank you for your excellent patient services.

All of the previous weekend, I had been in pain from this tooth. I visited my Dentist on Monday morning and he determined that the tooth could not be saved.  His office called your office and explained the situation and your staff member was kind enough to fit me into your schedule that day.  

Once I arrived at your office, already in pain and exhausted from the weekend of little sleep, I was very apprehensive about the procedure.  Your assistant was so soothing and understanding that I started to relax.  Dr. Bonk, your chair side manner was terrific, and the extraction, while not something I enjoyed, was over and done before I knew it.

Thank you so much for your terrific service. From the moment I walked into your office, until your assistant escorted me out, your entire staff was welcoming, patient and understanding.  I would happily recommend you to anyone in need of an Oral Surgeon.

I had a mouth full of caps, crowns and bridges that were done over the course of many years.   With shrinking gums and the yellowing of my permanent teeth, I was hiding my mouth more than I should.  As I retired in 2009, I decided that I wanted to have "white" teeth as I was really grinning a lot with my new life status.

I had all of my top teeth replaced/veneered and am very pleased with the results.   So much so that I am planning to have the bottom teeth done next year.

Dr. Doolin has been my dentist for over 20 years, and I have watched him become an expert in his field as I followed him from office to office with a growing clientele.  With the addition of Dr. Haddad, and all of the competent associates in the office, they have a dynamic  team.   You know you are always in the best hands.

My visit to Dr. Glasses office was as pleasant as going for a root canal could have been. The entire office was extremely kind and helpful, answering my many questions. Then Dr. Glass was extra gentle and reassuring during the entire process. He even offered his home phone number if I had problems. Saturday morning he then took the time to call and make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Dr. Glass to anyone who needs Endodontic work.
