I waited too long to have veneers on my aging teeth. I would like to thank Dr. Doolin and Karen for an amazing and pleasant experience. Dr. Doolin is very talented, and it was easy to see how dedicated he is to his patients. He explained the procedure completely, and everything turned out just as advertised.  The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable. The veneers look fantastic. I am thinking of having the lower teeth done next. I would recommend Dr. Doolin to anyone needing basic to advanced denistry

I was very pleased with the entire experience of getting my porcelain veneers. I admit I was very hesitant about going through this process – but my fears turned out to be unfounded. It really was no big deal, and the results are great. If I had to do it over again – I would. However, I would have done it sooner. Dr. Haddad and Rachel were absolutely wonderful, as was Rita who guided me through the early stages and answered all my “silly” questions. (By the way, you can hear Rita’s smile when you talk to her on the phone!) In summary, it was a very positive experience, and I’m glad I finally did it.

My child, Dennis, had his teeth looked at and also had a hygenic appointment at the Rochester Advanced Dentisrty.  It was a pleasant experience.  Thank you, Beth, for the patience provided for my restless energy-ball child. 

I have recently gone to get my crown done at the Rochester Advanced Dentistry.  It was an amazing experience.  I was very panicky at first because I have had crowns done to 5 teeth before and it always is about how the doctor measures the coordinates of each tooth dimensions - the feel and look of the crown directly depends on the doctor's preciseness.  From the previous experience at the office of Dr. Doolin and Dr. Haddad I had assurance of success. However, there is always a scare of a new project...  Well, everything went wonderfully.  The entire procedure lasted for about an hour and 30 min.  From the laser work on the base of the tooth, crown creation on the computer, to the cutting of the crown by the Robotic machine, all was terrific.  It has been a week since the procedure and just liek the doctor said, the tooth would start feeling like it belongs to where it is.  Front office staff, dental assistant, and the doctor were very attentive, positive, and hard-working even in spite of the fact that I was the last patien for the day - I had the best treatment I could ever imagine for the crown work.  Will strongly recommend this important procedure to anyone who wants their crowns last them with confidence for many years!!  Thank you, ROchester Advanced Dentisrty - Thankfully, Yuliya Koval

As a CMU college student, living in Mt Pleasant, it is difficult to schedule proper dental care.  You office has done a great job of find holes in the hygienists' schedules to fit me in whenever I return to Rochester.  Michele is the best.  In the past, I simply hated going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned or work done.   After my surgery Michele has worked really hard with me to make sure that I receive the special hygiene care that I need.  I find that getting my tteth cleaned is not so bad.

I's also like to express a personal note of thanks to Dr. Van for all of his efforts of working with my general Dentists and with Dr. Tyler & Dr. Reyes, as well as my oral surgeon who repaired my jaw and all my special ortho work before and after my reconstructive jaw surgery.  That was a tough time for me and you time and help brought comfort to me and my family.  Thanks for everything.

I'd just like to take a minute to thank Dr. Van and staff for all your effort in maintaining my gums and teeth.  I have had trouble with bleeding gums and loose crowns for many years.  You were able to identify the problem, perform surgery, and prescribe dental hygiene care that has helped tremendously.  The periodontal sruger was almost pain free and recovery was very fast.  The hygiene staff makes dental cleaning a pleasant experience.  While I certainly appreciate your professional dental skill and that of your assistants and hygienists, I also find the cheerfulness and courtesy you all show to patients to be a great help in reducing the anxiety that accompanies any trip to the dental office.  Be sure to let the staff know how much they are appreciated.
