I had put off getting my teeth fixed due to being scared of the dentist because of past experiences. I looked on the web for a dentist who delt with people that have had bad experiences. First name that came up was Dr. Mike. I responded to the short questionnaire about what was wrong and fears. I then checked out the very informative web site. Twenty minutes later I received a call from the office. Erin talked to me and I explained my fear in detail. I went on to tell her that I couldn’t even come into a dentist office due to sounds of the machines. She took the time to completely talk to me and discussed that I was not the only one with fears. I felt very comfortable talking with her and we made an appointment to just talk and look around the office. I was so nervous seeing the chairs and tools. I meet the staff and Dr. Mike. Everyone was very friendly and did not push me at all about treatment or making next appointment. I left the visit somewhat ok but still remembering the past. I made an appointment to come back and let them look at my teeth. I hated my teeth. I never smiled in a picture showing my teeth. So I let them evaluate me and give me the options. I decided to get a smile worth showing off. I never knew how to smile and I had to get used to it. It only took three appointments and WOW I had a wonderful smile. I have had so many comments on how great I look and how they love my smile. The staff all knew my fears and were very interested in making my visits comfortable and as relaxing as possible. They talked me thru every single step as they worked on me. I can now say I can come to the dentist with absolutely no fear and without medication. I highly recommend anyone who has fears or bad past experiences to come visit the staff and Dr. Mike. They will change your life!

After having quite a few horrible experiences at different dentist offices, I started avoiding all things dentist related. After a few years of avoidance, I wound up with cavities and due to the associated sensitivity, was forced to find a dentist. I did some looking around and found Dr. Firouzian's practice which was advertised and sensitive and gentle. They surpassed their description in both the procedures and the regular cleanings. I have been a constant patient now for years and any nervousness or anxiety I used to feel about heading to a dentist's office is completely gone! Hi, I just wanted to let you all know that my experience at your practice was fantastic. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and interested in getting to know me (and about my upcoming wedding). I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and was nervous about finding the right one. After visiting yout practice I actually thought, what am I going to do if I move away someday? The procedures I had done (had some cavities filled) were completely painless as well; Dr. Firouzian is very gentle. Keep up the good work all of you!

I have been a patient at this office for at least 6 years.. both of my children have gone thru braces here .... i live in grove city and drive past a LOT of other dentists to see Dr Mike _ believe me , its worth it! He is a caring , intelligent , skillful dentist ... and the best part is , he is supported by the most fabulous staff you will ever encounter. What a rare thing to have courteous, competent , friendly staff from the time you hit the door to when you walk out. The front office staff , the hygienists, the billing/scheduling... i cant say enough good things. I continued to go there even when my insurance wasnt accepted for a short time, because they worked with me and i REALLY did not want to change to a different office! i have referred SO MANY people to this dentist and now they are all patients and are satisfied to the point that they also are referring others! I really appreciate everyone at smilemakers !!!

I've been with Dr. Farouzian for 6-7 years now, and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff are super helpful, and I've never had problems with insurance or making payment arrangements for what they don't cover. I finally got my mom to go, and she loves them, too. I've had cleanings there, but he's also removed my wisdom teeth and recently just replaced all my old metal fillings because they were so worn down. I was able to get meds beforehand so I wouldn't be so stressed out. I recommend them to everyone I can, and have even stayed with them during insurance changes when he's not covered under my plan - that's how much I like Dr. Farouzian and how he treats me and my teeth!
